Does the size not fit?
We will then exchange for the correct size ― completely free of charge. It is important to us that you get exactly what suits you!
- Place a new order with the correct size
- Contact us at hej@notre.dk and we will send you a return label so you can return the one that doesn't suit you. Important: Include your new order number in the email.
- Pack the item securely (the shipping bag can be reused) and return it to us at your nearest GLS parcel shop.
