Terms and conditions for discount codes

Discount codes cannot be combined with already discounted items. Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards either.

The language of the agreement

The agreement can only be concluded in Danish.

Access to the agreement

You will receive a confirmation of the content of the agreement via e-mail . We store concluded agreements, including the order confirmation, for a set period of time, and we recommend that you also save these documents, as they will not necessarily be available on the Website afterwards.

Means of payment

We accept the following means of payment:

  • MasterCard

  • We saw

  • ShopPay

  • PayPal

Check digits (Credit Card verification number (CVV))

If you pay by credit card, you will be asked to enter the card's check digits. You will find the three check digits on the back of your credit card, usually on the right side of the back of the credit card. The check digits are necessary for the payment to be completed and to maintain a high level of security. There may also be other corresponding security measures.

Payment procedure

When paying with international payment cards such as Visa and Mastercard, the amount will be automatically reserved.

When your item leaves our warehouse to be delivered, your payment will be deducted from the selected payment service.

If the order cannot be delivered and must be cancelled, the reservation of the amount will be cancelled.

Prices and delivery

All listed prices for goods, delivery costs and other costs are inclusive of taxes, VAT and duties.

Costs relating to delivery, freight or postage may vary and are added to each order.

Currency

The prices on the Website are shown in the currency that applies to your country. Please use the country selector at the bottom of the website if you wish to change your choice of country. Your delivery address determines which currency you will be charged in.

Please note that the change to the country to which the delivery is to take place may have an impact on the price and delivery costs.

You can currently pay in the following currencies:

Delivery conditions

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order.

Your item will generally be delivered on weekdays, Monday to Friday.

The goods must be acknowledged on receipt, unless you make another agreement directly with the carrier. It does not necessarily have to be you who signs off. Persons at the delivery address (e.g. a family member, a friend, receptionist, etc.) can thus acknowledge receipt with binding effect for you.

Please note that you bear the risk of the item after delivery. If the packaging appears to be damaged, you should refuse to receive the item. If you wish to complain about any errors and omissions, you must inform us immediately - read more under "Defective goods and incorrect goods".

Separate deliveries

If your order consists of several items, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be required if certain items are delayed or out of stock at the time of order. You will be informed that your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged additional delivery costs for separate deliveries.

Follow your order and see history

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The carrier will also send you information about delivery by email and/or SMS.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact Customer Service, who will do their best to provide you with information on the status of your order.

Right of withdrawal (for consumers only)

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without reason within 30 days.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party specified by you, but not the carrier, gets physical possession of the goods.

In the case of several different goods ordered in one order but delivered individually (i.e. partial deliveries), the cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party specified by you, but not the carrier, receives the last goods in physical possession.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (see contact details below) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement in an unequivocal statement (eg by email or note enclosed with the returned goods).

The cancellation period has been met if you send your notice of exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of regret

If you exercise your right of withdrawal under this Agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We carry out such a refund with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. We bear the costs in connection with the return of the goods.

You must return the goods to Sindballevej 32, 7100 Vejle without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date on which you have informed us of the exercise of the right to cancel the agreement. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 30 days.

We recommend that you save the postal receipt as proof that you have delivered the package to the post office/carrier.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods.

Return

If you want to return an item and get your money back, it must be done via our return portal . The amount is returned to the payment card, used at the time of purchase. You pay the shipping yourself to return the goods to us.

Exchange

If the size does not fit and you need a different size instead, we will exchange for free. Please contact hej@notre.dk and we will send you a return label.

Defective goods and incorrect goods

If your item suffers from a defect or we have delivered the wrong items, please contact our Customer Service at hej@notre.dk. Can you already ascertain the lack etc. at the time the carrier wishes to make delivery, you should refuse to accept the item.

In the event of a defective item or incorrect item, you can choose between the following options:

  • Return the item and get a refund of the purchase price and delivery costs

  • Return the product and receive a replacement product of the same type and quality, if this is possible

If you choose to return the item, it must be done in accordance with the above description under "Right of withdrawal (only applies to consumers)".

Risk and responsibility

The risk for the goods passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.

In order to shop on the Website, you must provide the following personal data:

  • Address

  • E-mail

  • Phone number

This information is used exclusively to process your order and is not passed on to third parties. For further information on how we process your personal data, see our privacy policy.

Complaints

If you want to complain about a product, you must contact our Customer Service. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board. Please see more at www.forbrug.dk .

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes will come into force with immediate effect after publication on the Website.

Jurisdiction and choice of law

Any dispute between the parties must be settled in accordance with Danish law by the Danish courts.

Updating the website

We do our best to update the Website, including ensuring that prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods are correct. However, spelling errors, errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods may occur and will be corrected immediately after we are aware of the error.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under the Terms if the delay or failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.

Completeness of the Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete terms of the agreement between us.

Invalidity

Should one or more of the provisions in the Terms and Conditions be declared wholly or partially invalid, the other provisions will continue to apply.

We treat your personal data confidentially. We refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.

Access to complaints

You are always welcome to contact our Customer Service if you have complaints about a product you have purchased from us. Our Customer Service can be contacted at email and per regular mail. You can find the contact information for our Customer Service under 'Important Topics' at the bottom of our homepage.

No purchase for resale

This platform is exclusively intended for Notre's sale of its own goods directly to end customers. It is therefore prohibited to buy goods for the purpose of resale. "Purchase with a view to resale" means the purchase of Notre's goods by a person who resells or intends to resell these goods to others (whether consumers or other companies). If Notre is of the opinion that you are involved in purchases for the purpose of resale, we reserve the right to restrict sales to you, cancel your orders, close your customer account or otherwise take action against you.
