How long is my right of withdrawal?

You have a 30-day right of cancellation when you shop on the website. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item.

How do I return an order?

  1. Order a return label or a QR code on our return portal here .
  2. Return shipping costs DKK 49 (unless it is an exchange, then it is free)
  3. Pack the item carefully
  4. Show the QR code in the GLS package shop or print and attach the return label to the outside of the package. Make sure it is clearly visible and that neither addresses nor barcodes are covered.
  5. Important! If you want to send several orders back, you must contact customer service at hej@notre.dk and attach the order number of all the orders in the package
  6. Hand over the parcel at the nearest GLS parcel shop. It is important that you remember to get a receipt as proof of your submission. Unfortunately, without a receipt, we cannot replace/refund a possibly lost return package.

When will I get my money back?

Once your return is registered in our warehouse, we will process it as soon as possible and refund your payment. It can take up to 14 days from the time you send your return order until we have refunded you the money. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. Please note that there is a longer transaction time for refunds to Paypal or Mastercard.

I want to exchange my item - what do I do?

If you want to exchange your item for a different size, we will do it for free - contact us at hej@notre.dk and we will help you.

There is an error on the product - what do I do?

The Danish Sales Act gives you a two-year right of complaint. If you have bought a product on the webshop, you can get the money back if the complaint is justified. You can advertise by contacting our customer service at hej@notre.dk. When you make a complaint, please state in as much detail as possible what the complaint is and attach a picture of the complaint . Depending on your specific situation, you will receive further instructions.
