WHEN I HAVE TO MOVE…
Do I do kung fu - I'm not that good at it yet, but I love it. Here you have to have both strength, agility, balance, focus and speed, which for me is a fantastic combination ♾️
WHEN I HAVE TO BE SELF-LOVED…
I start my morning by doing qigong. It calms me down and sharpens my focus. And breathing in particular is really nice to work on, so I can oxygenate my body from the morning.
In addition, I always have my running shoes in my backpack or suitcase when I'm traveling or going somewhere - so I can get out into nature 👟🍃
WHEN I HAVE TO MOVE…

WHEN I HAVE TO MOVE…
Do I do crossfit - a combination of high pulse, play and good people. It ranges from standing on your hands , hanging from a bar, lifting heavy and getting your heart rate up. It gives me a kick. In addition, I have gained many good and close relationships from the crossfit community, which is a huge plus ✨
WHEN I HAVE TO BE SELF-LOVED…
I go out into nature with my trangia kit under my arm. Either a morning when I swim in the sea and make a cup of coffee, or an evening when I cook dinner outside.
For me, it's important to find the balance between having fun with people I care about, partying, going out and being social, but I also need to relax and calm my head, and I do that best in nature 🌳 🤎

Do I do strength training? I like to feel strong. I usually train with my friend - then we go out together and have fun while we train. When I train alone, I listen to music and shut out the world for a while - and have pure me time 🎶
WHEN I HAVE TO BE SELF-LOVED…
I swim in the lake near my home - all year round. When I bathe in nature, I find that all negative energy is washed away. I completely calm down and feel cleansed and free. It's a great feeling.
I also love going for walks in the forest. Here my thoughts run free, and I make room for everything that fills my head and my body 🌳🤎

Do I start the day with some form of movement; workout, walk or yoga🧘🏼♀️ My workout right now is a combination of interval running and strength training.
For me, the most important thing is that training is fun, so I love to try something new. Once I learned to surf🏄🏼♀️

I notice what I actually need. For me, self-love is much more than a skincare routine — it's a way of being present in the world ➰ I put my needs first, listen to my body, and have good relationships in my life 🤎
